Neto Company Inv. Ltd (NETO) is a Ugandan civil works contractor focused on road construction, maintenance and heavy-plant hire, with a growing footprint in community infrastructure and property management.
From our base at Block 273, Salaama Road - Buziga, Kampala, we support districts, development partners and private clients to keep people and goods moving. We specialise in rural and urban road rehabilitation, grading, gravelling, drainage, spot improvements and small bridges that stand up to the rainy season and heavy traffic.
Beyond the road, we operate Neto Mall, a modern retail and office property that gives businesses a clean, secure, well-managed home. We mobilize fast, keep costs honest and focus on work that lasts.
